this product is well made and moderately easy to assemble. hint ... when lining up the corner supports inside the kitty condos, use the provided allen wrentch to align the holes in the top of the condo to the blind, threaded receivers, before screwing in the connectors. you might want to use an allen wrench set to torque the connectors down a little better. if you just use the provided allen wrench, you should wear leather gloves to protect your hands. kitty loves it. when she disconnects the dangling balls, the elastic "strings" are easy to tie back up to the triangular shaped hoops. great unit.

As we know, cat trees boil down to cat preferences, and my two kitties approve.My 13lb cat was initially skeptical, but its she loves hiding in the top box. As you can see, the cats are a little big compared to the tree, but they love using it. It’s sturdy and pretty stable, and it’s easy to assemble with the right tools. Overall, this was a great value for the purchase.

Nice cat tree. It took some time to put together, but very doable. It is sturdy and looks nice. The cat really likes to be at the top which is right at 5 feet. For the price, it is a nice buy

I purchased this cat tree, and within just one day of use, the attached dangling string toy became tightly wrapped around my cat’s tail like a tourniquet. It cut off circulation so severely that I had to rush him to the emergency vet, where they had no choice but to amputate his tail. This was a devastating and traumatic experience, both emotionally and financially, with a $2,500 vet bill.This product poses a serious danger to pets, and I strongly urge the company to remove the dangling toy or redesign it to prevent similar tragedies. If you value your cat’s safety, I would not recommend this tree.

Took about 30 minutes to put together and is sturdy when you anchor it to the wall. My cats LOVE running up and down it and laying on all different levels.

We just received the cat tower yesterday. Took some time to put together and we noticed while putting it together, not all the holes are perfect where you have to screw the screws in. The fabric is thin.Our cat is on the bigger side and she barely fit in the little house. I also feelThat the circles are not really sleep-able for bigger cats, seems like with no back they will just fall off. This would be a great purchase for kittens.

Very sturdy. Instructions for assembly were great. I had to remove a carpet staple from one threaded hole so the screw would go in but otherwise it went together well. It's a very vertical stack, which means the cat has to jump straight up or climb an outside post or wall to get to the top house, which didn't seem to work for my cat. One photo shows her trying to figure out where to put a paw to break her drop, but she ended up just dropping straight down. I may reconfigure the top part, or just take the top house off. It' works well for her to look out the window from up high.
