Nice looking but had a few issues. Hardware was discolored or oxidized. Some issues where there was splinters so the wood showing through the black. Overall, I like and seems pretty sturdy, but I was unhappy with those flaws.

I disagree with some comments that say it's shaky and unstable. My wife and I weigh close to 300 lbs in total and the bench is sturdy enough for both of us. It has a Japandi feel to it and we love it. Assembly was easy. The package arrived in flat boxes. It would even be better if it ships sooner.
