This is the AmScope SM-3T with LED lights for about $120 less. Identical in every way other than the color is a little darker. Don't forget to get the 0.5 Objective lens UPC 783335190638 Copy and paste that into Amazon search. That will give you a much wider field of view and you will still have way more than enough magnification.

I bought this unit for my optical workshop. I will use this microscope for checking surface finish during lens polishing. As well any rock specimens to park beneath that amazing ring light. Optics are very good quality and the instrument is of a very high build quality overall.Amazon delivered this from the US to Australia in a week and the double boxing was a good initiative by the packaging department.I’m very pleased with this unit and Amazon’s website was excellent in the description and photos in aiding my selection.Patrick.

I needed a camera for my old binocular dissecting scope, but also need the stereo to help with brushes and tools so sticking a camera in the eyepiece of my old scope wasn't an option. This trinoc stereo scope with zoom lens is exactly what I needed, is inexpensive, and I bet I'd have to pay $1000 to get one any better. It comes with the adapter to mount a SwiftCam SC series camera and the combo is perfect for the job I've got to do. This scope is an excellent value IMHO. My only disappointment was that the camera for my bright field scope doesn't fit this scope, but the SwiftCam does, it's reasonably priced, and now I've got both the scopes on my bench wired for photos and video.

I us the scope for engraving and it works perfectly as advertised. Is a great upgrade to the previous one I had.

Got this for electronics repair. Exactly what I needed. Good quality build and the included LED light helps tremendously.

Very happy with purchase. I have not tried the camera mount yet though.Would recommend getting a x0.7 or x0.5 Barlow lens for wider FOV.
