Step 1
Take the swimming earplugs out of the box and differentiate between the left (L) and right (R) ear plugs.
Step 2
Insert the earplugs into your left and right ears with the ear fins facing upwards.
Step 3
Gently push the earplug cap in the direction of your ear canal until it reaches a certain depth, and adjust the ear fins so that they are fully embedded in your ear.
Step 4
Shake your head from left to right to ensure that the swimming earplugs are secure and won't fall out. This means you're ready to hit the water!

I bought these for my daughter who lives swimming after having tubes put in her ear and we absolutely love them. They stay in place, do not hurt her ears and most importantly keep the water out! They fit her ears perfectly. These things seems to be made really well and clean very easily!

My friend recommended these to me and so far they haven’t disappointed while using. I don’t swim with a cap so they even stay in without the added pressure of the cap to keep them in. I used to use wax but that isn’t very efficient for long term use so I tried a few others and these have worked the best so far.

I wanted to love these but they wouldn’t stay in my 7 yr olds ear. They look like they fit but every time she jumped in, they fell out. Maybe would work for someone older.

My 6 year old daughter has tubes in her ears, and has issues when showering or swimming when water gets in her ears. She loves the feel of them and they are the perfect size. I love that she gets 3 pairs. Great quality and water resistant. Does a great job at keeping the water out of her ears. They small that you cannot tell she has them in.

I have tried several earplugs for my granddaughter who is 7 and they all fell out. These are the only earplugs I found that stay in the entire time she’s in the pool. My granddaughter said they are so comfortable. I highly recommend them. I would definitely buy them again.

I do not like to give bad reviews. However, I want to be honest. We had recently bought a pool this year and my 8-year-old found it fun and exciting to go under the water and swim which we was excited for because he learned how to swim, especially under the water. But we found that water was getting in his ears and causing him to get ear aches So I had to tell him not to swim under the water. Any more until I got some ear plugs? I searched Amazon and came across these. I thought that they would work really well from all the reviews. When we got them. I made sure to get the right size for his ears. If I would have got any smaller, they would have been too small or any bigger. They wouldn't fit in his ears. So when we got them, he was so excited and wanted to go under the water. So he picked one out and I stuck them in his ear and made sure that they fit very good and was comfortable, which he said they were. He held his breath and off he went under the water. He rushes back up and says waters is in his ears and it's stuck in his ears. So I pulled the ear plugs out and they are wet. They had been leaking and not only leaking, but what leaked was being helding in his ears. I didn't have a good time with these earplugs. We will have to find some Different ones. They seem like good quality as far as the material.However they just did not work and I guess the value for the money wasn't so good if you can't use it and they don't work. Please heart my review if you like it.
