After swimming all summer and having the feeling of an ear infection. This product has done wonders in keeping the water out. To make sure the plug fits they offer both sizes to make sure at least one pair fits. I give this product a 5 star.

While it's nice that you get two pairs in different sizes, and fit well while swimming, the messaging of this product is confusing and contradictory.In multiple places, it says that these are suitable for swimming, surfing, diving, and other water sports. However, the very last image specifically says not to use them at depths below five feet, or in any impact water sports, which includes surfing.

These are comfortable (try out both sets to see which fit better in your ears) ear plugs that minimize noise volume around you, but more importantly, keep water out of the ear canal--at shallow depths. Obviously you shouldn't wear ear plugs in water depths where there's a pressure change that requires equalizing the ear drum, so these are exclusively meant for shallow swimming. For me, they're more important for showers; my ears let water into the canal too easily and sometimes this results in ear infections. Either I have to use cotton swabs to dry my ears meticulously after showers, or wear ear plugs. These do the trick, and come with a case for clean storage. Good price for nice ear plugs.
