THe mount that comes with the camera/keyboard doesn't offer enough angle. This mount allows the camera to capture more of the driveway offering more security. Easy to install and the camera snaps right in and is secured with one screw. Perfect addition and a must have.

Great addition to MyQ system. Loved it so much that we are adding additional cameras. Easy to use with the MyQ app. Easy to install with our 20 year old garage door opener. Highly recommend.

Product is nice but I don't understand the need for it. My Chamberlain 6713T garage door opener with myQ video keypad came with a swivel mount for the camera which is sturdier and a hair thicker than this product. Though the Chamberlain supplied swivel mount doesn't have a hood and lacks the nifty bottom screw that doesn't drop off like this unit, those in my view are nice to have features, not worth getting this extra swivel mount.

Swivel mount works great. Allows the camera to view my driveway. No issues mounting the mount. Uses the same hole pattern as the standard mount.

Easy to install. Swivel gave me a better view because the original mount shows more of the garage door than anything else. I was disappointed with the camera's night vision. It is useless at night unless you have another lighting source. Had to buy another battery because charging takes 10 hours. Needed a separate subscription for the video keypad camera in addition to the one I already had for the camera on the garage door opener. Will never by another product.
