Our teenagers love this tube! It’s a much better ride than the tubes you sit down in. We did have an issue with the handles breaking off and contacted the Swonder Team and they responded quickly and sent a replacement. I was really impressed with their customer service!!

This toy was an incredible price and one heck of a strong tow toy. It is rugged and well constructed. My two grandkids love it!

Great value for money the durability is impressive for the price. Tubes functionality is great a little small for 2 adults. Would be great for a family.

The tube is a heavier duty tube, but the cover ripped long ways around the circumference on first use. We finished using the tube for the day and the rip did not grow any more. I reached out the the company and they quickly sent a replacement. We'll see how the new tube holds up on the next outing.

I thought this tube would be big enough to hold 3 teenagers (like my old one) by the looks of it but it is too small for teenagers. Kids 10 and under is more like it. Unfortunately, I will have to return it and we will miss out on several days of water time.

my new tube had a small rip in a seam that couldn't be patched. the customer service folkd at swonder quickly responded by sending me a new tube. used it with the grandkids over labor day weekend and had a blast!!!

My package from Amazon didn’t have the air cap. After 2 unsuccessful purchases trying to get replacements I reached out to the manufacturer on a Thursday. The following Thursday I had the correct air cap!!
