No problems/No complaints/No surprises. Product came fast, box was undamaged. Plugged in bulb, warmed up and perfect. Great priced bulb that compares to any $80 bulb with exact same specs. Will buy again if I use up the 24,000 hours...a long time from now, years.

Turns out these bulbs just get old and will fire but due to increase in voltage required as they age, the transformer cannot keep up and it will burn awhile and then go out. Put in a new bulb and it worked like a charm.

It was not as bright as my other bulb which is a I power bulb . Would be a good deal if the cost was 10$ not 17

When the brightest matters, these are the best statistically. I love them, but I think 40k hours is a bit much. DS (RIP)

Warmed up quick less than a minute.Great output. Heavy duty threaded end.Works very very very very well. Hopefully my plants do well with this.

It's 400 W light ball it plugged and fired up just fine seems like the same brightness of other 400 watt build I've owned
