These chimes are great quality. I ordered the silver color, which I thought was the prettiest. The company, Mooncraftlogy, has a chart on the product page when you click on it, which shows the workmanship that goes into their designs compared to other company's. They outshine the quality in every way! When I received it, though, the box came with a crunch in it (Not the seller's fault). I let the company know, & I told them I wanted to return this, as it was a gift, but I would like a new one. They sent a replacement right away, as well as a second one!! I'm so pleased with their response, and will keep the 2nd to give to someone else, as they make beautiful & toughtful gifts. I will recommend these to anyone looking for a bereavement gift. Also, if you want their products to be given away, make sure you have them put in Amazon packaging so there's no lable stuck to the original box.

These are very nicely packaged to give as a gift and the quality seems good as well. Even had a small card to write a note for the recipient. Tones are pretty and I find the chimes given to me when my Mom, then my brother died did help me feel better. Price is reasonable, too

Got this for a coworker who lost her father. She loved it. She sent me a video of the sound. They are very peaceful. Very good quality and price.

A very dear friend saw this windchime and I had just lost my husband. When I received it, I sat and I read the letter from heaven and I hung it up immediately and the beautiful sounds that the chimes make when the wind blows. Just reminds me of my husband and I have him right here with me as always. the letter from heaven is on my nightstand and I read that every night and it brings tears to my eyes and I know that he's thinking of me just as I am thinking of him. I would recommend this item to anyone that has lost the loved one.

I bought this for a long time friend, whose mother passed away. I hope it chimes and reminds her of her sweet mother. It’s sturdy and beautiful, sadly I didn’t get to hear the sound.

This is just simply gorgeous. The sound is wonderful and the tree of life hanger with the words is beautiful and moving. It's a lot bigger than I thought so I've had to hang it outside the back door. The sound is clear and melodic. Superb quality and well made. Also a lovely touch is the card in the box 💕

The wind chime itself is absolutely beautiful and I know this will be a great comfort to my friend however the box the chime comes in had the delivery stickers attached which cannot be pulled off without making a real mess of the box if this hadn’t happened it would have been 5*
