I bought 2 doors - a 50" and a 28". Shipping damage on the 28" door - one of the vertical pieces was broken in half! I asked for returning it, but they asked if they could send replacement parts instead. I got the new piece VERY quickly. Another issue was that two of the horizontal pieces were missing their threaded inserts, and they mailed them to me Very quickly again! VERY good correspondence.The quality of the doors is also very good. Easy to put together with a helper. I wouldn't try this alone, unless I was a hermit. Kind of scary with those glass panels while it still doesn't have the other vertical piece in-place, but with a helper, not so bad. 16 screws to assemble each door with the supplied allen wrench.One thing. The bottom edge needs a groove in it for the guide bracket that's attached to the floor. The instructions say to use a chain saw, LOL!! No way!! We used a portable table saw. I don't know why they didn't machine that groove, there's no reason why they couldn't.The wood is good wood, not particle or beaver wood. I also like the white covering. It's durable and pleasing to look at and to feel.Nice hardware, except that it's black. We plan on spray painting it all with a spray paint that's supposed to give it a stainless steel look. Wish us luck!

Beautiful door. Easy to install but putting together was intense because of the glass. They are heavy and big but durable.

I absolutely love this door and I am buying another one for my closet. If you need more space when you have a door that opens up into something or doesn’t give you enough room this barn door is awesome. I love it and you should try it.

Our main bath is very small so having a conventional swing door swing into the toilet made it feel even smaller. This barn door completely changed the functionality of our en-suite bath! I only gave the product 4 stars because it is not made of super high quality materials—MDF with a plastic wood look white coating—but you can’t beat the price! You can assemble the door by yourself but installation definitely requires 2 people. As others have noted, the door is quite heavy once assembled so I appreciate the heavy duty single piece hanging rail. We were able to bolt the rail into the header beam above the door so the rail is very secure. Overall, I highly recommend this product.

I purchased two doors (36x84). The product arrived timely and was easy to assemble. Some of the boards had scratches that were minimal and the frosted glass had a red marker on them, which I was able to get off with Dawn soap.Overall, I loved the doors. They were heavier Than I thought they would be so we installed a board to drill the rail through. I would purchase again.

Purchased 2 sets for double door. Easy to assemble and install. Only issue was missing the metal union plate to joimt the 2 tracks. Resolved using the thin side of the extra door stops (used a grinder to angle the top corners so doors could close all the way).
