So far, the ones I installed to replace the incandescent bulbs in our RV work well. However, they observe polarity and must be installed with the proper alignment or they won't work at all.

Used these on outdoor landscape lights. Seem to be just as bright as the incandescent bulbs I had (guessing maybe 18 watts). If I look closely, they appear to rapidly flicker, but I can’t tell from a distance. I’ve only used four, but it’s been a few weeks at six hours a night and they still look fine.

We just replaced all of our lightbulbs in our new camper with these, couldn't be more pleased. In September we lost our camper to a fire (neighbors camper caught ours on fire) and have been very cautious about anything that heats up. So pleased that these lightbulbs stay cool no matter how long they have been on.

Much brighter, low cost, LEDs will not drain my batteries as fast as conventional bulbs. Only thing I don't like about the bulbs are that they are made a bit larger than the conventional bulbs and takes some force to install them. When installing hold by the plaztic not the bulb part itself they are not that secure.

These bright, high quality lamps are perfect for many applications. They add significantly to the pleasure of RVing and boating by extending battery power. LEDs are useful in many overhead or dome lights. In some automotive applications, they can extend useful bulb life.When installed, all conventional glass bulbs look and work alike. When updating to energy efficient LEDs, check that you are ordering the correct type. You will want to note the type of base you have by actually removing a bulb and looking at the base. This socket is commonly used in plastic fixtures and is called a “wedge socket†as the bulb plugs into a slot that looks like a small USB.LED light bulbs have various color temperatures. “Warm white†means rich in yellow, as in sunset colors, while “Hot White†is rich in blue and purple, as in beach lighting. Some automotive bulbs are painted to produce a dim colored light rather than the bright, hot white light these produce. Hot white, which is deficient in yellow, will give various colors in yellow filtered or green filtered housings.Highly recommended.
