This tray is a good weight and is being used to hold a matching butter dish, salt and pepper shaker, and measuring cups.

The pan is a nice, heavy enamel. But right out of the packaging, I noticed flecks of enamel in the pan and saw where it came from. The edge is chipped, at least 1 1/2 inches long. I am sending it back for a replacement. We’ll see how that goes. I realize this is a problem with packaging.UPDATE: I returned the pan for a replacement and it arrived in perfect condition.

Love the size! Great to have this size enameled pan for cooking and heating one- and two-person meats and warmups, especially in a toaster oven as well as in the oven or under the broiler. Doesn't react to tomato and other acidic foods. Cleans up easily. A winner!

These are heavy duty pans and I love the ease of cleaning. I bought them to use for setting up breading stations and they work great for that, but the uses are endless. The size is very useful for heating things up, rolls, garlic bread, small dinners etc. Recommend!!
