The stand is super flexible, height/angle can be adjusted easily and the device mount itself swivels. It's all surprisingly sturdy so once adjusted it doesn't move at all. It's light enough that it can easily be moved but the base is fairly heavy so no matter how it's adjusted it won't tip over. It works for both the Paperwhite and the Scribe. I wouldn't mind if the grip wouldn't be as strong or can be adjusted as for the Scribe it needs to be opened almost all the way and the resistance is quite high. Not really an issue as it's all padded so it doesn't scratch or damage the device. If you get this for a Kindle, do yourself a favor and get a remote as well. Match made in heaven.

I was really surprised at the sturdiness of this, but it works really well! It's very flexible and I can make the height just what I need, even with my awkward setup. (I put it under the matress but on the bedframe of my bed, so it reaches far enough over to let me watch calming videos before I go to sleep without having to strain my neck.)Only small flaw is that the tube part unscrews a little over time, but it's not very much and it's easy to tighten again without taking anything apart.

These stands can be hit or miss. Especially the chuck that holds the device can be really flimsy. This product is very sturdy and the chuck that holds the phone is very nicely made. 10/10 rating.

I got this for my wife, so she could hold her iPad in front of her while she watches shows or reads. It holds her iPad with Otterbox just fine, which is great. Unfortunately the two piece metal pole that holds the mount to the base is junk. The threads stripped quickly and it looks like it is about to fall apart. I currently have it duck taped together, but I will likely replace the two piece design with a 1 piece pipe or even dowl rod.

This iPad holder has been amazingly useful! It holds my iPad securely and makes it so much easier to use hands-free. The only downside is that I have to use a kettlebell at the base to keep it stable; otherwise, it can tip over. Other than that, it’s a great product and works exactly as I need it to!

Works great. Very nice for watching movies on my phone in bed. Its easy to swing around where I need it. Easy to adjust. Just be mindful where the arm is so it doesn’t tip over.

Erster Ständer musste zurück geschickt werden weil die Halterung kaputt war. Der Händler hat mir aber einen neuen zugeschickt. Dieser macht was er soll.Der Ständer ist aus Metall und gut verarbeitet. Nur die Halterung für das Tablet ist aus Plastik. Aber unterm Strich alles Ok.
