It gives you on-off control in both open-closed and hot-cold water hydronic systems and is equipped with a green LED light that shows you that the valve is fully functioning. Installation is quick and easy with the snap-in that connects on the back of the valve. This product will prove to be dependable and efficient.

I have always used TACO zone valve controllers. The first model of this series was a disaster. They came out with an improved model that worked well but was clumsy and had no LED active indicator. This is their latest and best model. It is very easy to install once you have their valve installed. It includes a status LED and is equipped with a Quick Connect screw terminal for the voltage and the end switch. I purchased 4 to replace my still working older models and so far they have worked perfectly.

Ordered this as a replacement to have on hand for the older Taco model which finally gave out recently. It was simple to replace and works great. No down time to keep our house heated.

In Alaska we always keep a backup on hand because no matter how good a product is, it may fail and it will when its the darkest and coldest. We get over 10 years out of our 3 zone system with a 24/7 circulating pump running and will always stick with Taco brand to keep my family warm.

This item was perfect, it can be reversed to install in either direction, fit right in where we had an 1997 old style valve, power connectors worked and the valve operates smoothly and quietly without fail.
