I bought a china-made one that looks the same as this one, which was trash quality. So I just bought to add another layer of padding with no expectation, BUT!! This is good quality. Cushion pads are no different from my GI pad for ACH. They are firm and absorb energy like it supposed to be. Velcro came with are no different from high end Velcro. they are super sticky af and strong. so I replaced entire cushion system with this one. so satisfied

For the price, I can't complain. I tried to get something cheap to see the difference between this and my actual team wendy ones. Functionality wise, it does its job. The knob in the rear is a bit looser than the real one, but it is to be expected of clones.As for the padding, I love it. No complaints. It works as intended and it's actually comfortable. They give you enough pieces to play around with for best fitment to the head. I even have a few extra spares I can use as replacement when it wears down so that's a bonus. I have not tested the longevity of the padding but I may change the review as it goes.In regard to installation, it was a bit of a disappointment. The screws given are way longer than the actual helmet. I ended up having to use my original screws. I was hoping to replace the original screws, but that didn't pan out. Was it easy to install, sure. But that was my only issue.Overall, it was worth my money. For $30, it works similarly to my team wendy one and that's what matters, even with things I didn't like.

For the price this items is pretty good for being a team wendy helmet liner clone. The memory foam pads are good quality and the velcro pads are dissent too. The chin strap worked just fine. It didn't come with any instructions as stated by other reviews but if you have a brain cell it's pretty simple to install. I really like the fact it came with 2 sets if inner pads, thin and thick for fine tuning the fit of the helmet. The only thing now is to see how they hold-up.

The actual tension system works excellent, just like a team Wendy. The problem is the buckles mostly. They are super cheap plastic and have very limited adjustment. I can barely fit the chin strap. Also the padding for the helmet is horrible. It's hard as a rock. I wouldn't recommend this product.(UPDATE) Though this product in particular was of poor quality, however the seller did contact me and offered a refund and made it right. They were good people to do business with

I’ve used three different helmet padded system in my combat helmet over 10 years. This one odd the best. Cable ratchet side tension system is an excellent design.

This is low quality, and it comes with no instructions, nor did it have enough of the pad stickers.

The pads are thinner than a single layer pressed grilled cheese. The straps alignment and measurements don't make sense, one side is longer than the other placing the chinstrap in your right cheek. I honestly don't recommend this product unless you are using it for airsoft.
