This attaches very easily to my SafariLand holster. It really helps to keep it against my leg and I was able to add a mag bucket and tourniquet holder using the MOLLE.

This Tactical Side Kick Holster Adapter is quite nice. Nice materials, good construction. Has a much-needed bit of padding to help alleviate where the holster rubs around. Ventilation mesh panel on the side facing your leg. Good stuff.
