Used this to make a little rotating radar display prop and it worked great! Was able to 3d print a large disc to spin with LEDs when attached to the outer ring while having a small motor shaft through the center to rotate it. The extra wires are convenient for powering more devices. Even after hours of constant usage at about 30RPM the ring still rotates freely while driven by a small 3V motor.

This appears to be just what I was looking for. I will be using this to make an Artificial Horizon (or Attitude Indicator) for a flight simulator instrument panel. I want the inner cage to rotate 360+ degrees (roll axis) and it will house a small stepper motor in the cage for the pitch axis. I will use this to run the wires for the stepper along with a small 2inch ball bearing turntable to handle the load.
