Very reasonable part. I had to splice it in to the existing harness because my 2010 Outback had the harness that went to both license plate lights and the opener. It was easy to splice in the new one though and works great. Getting to the part is another story. Had to remove most of the trim covers on the back hatch which took about an hour.
