My husband had a terrible experience that almost took his life last year when his appendix burst that culminated in a total of 3 or 4 surgeries to fix mistakes made during the initial surgery and ignorance of what they had done. It ended with a huge gash needing to heal as an open wound. This lead to a huge indent where the wound closed. There was no muscle there, so he ended up with a hernia. He works a fairly physical job as a maintenance manager for a very large, luxury apartment complex. When he would lift things he would be in a lot of pain. I suggested one of these for men since I used a woman's version of a couple different types of waist trainers after my bbl and lipo. This type was the only kind I could wear over 24 hours without a lot of pain and uncomfortability. I purchased for him and it has helped so much to "hold him in" that the pain has mostly subsided during work.He's having surgery in a couple of months for the hernia, but this is helpful for him in the meantime.He wears a size 36 pants and a large shirt and the size large works fine for him.

This is a great product, very easy to work out in and comfortable. Breathable and would recommend for any first time buyers. I believe this will help me shed weight quickly and gain a flat stomach asap 🙂💪🽠Thanks for the quick shipping will definitely be ordering more in the future ðŸ‘ðŸ½

Fits alright, made me look slimmer for a wedding. Was hard to breathe at first and had a tendency to slide down. The metal bars in the tight elastic did improve my poster though. I look nothing like the pic on the product

It does nothing for the front part of my stomach. I'm a small guy with a little bit more stomach fat than I would like. It doesn't make my stomach appear any smaller. My shirts doesn't fit any better.

too thick under clothes and the stays were cutting into my body and painful to wear.

Extremely comfortable fit, my son is 167lbs 5'3 and it was perfect!! He's ready to shed some pounds and has more confidence wearing it. He loves the structure and quality of the materials.
