Perfect to for cutting most types of pipework.
Suitable for areas with limited access, simply put the chain around the tube.
Excellent for cutting pipes where a normal pipe cutter could not get in because of restricted access.
Cuts pipe up to 3mm thick.
Note:
Will not cut double wall pipes
Not for use on stainless steel
This tool is used to cut pipes 3/4 inch to 3 inches /19 to 76 mm in diameter.
It has15 blades that effectively cut pipe, so only a 1/4 inch rotation is needed for a complete cut.
Suitable for mild steel, galvanized steel, copper and aluminium pipes.

Based off the other reviews I just thought it would be a cheap one or two time use and take hours. But it is quality made and only took about 5 minutes to cut the pipe! Would recommend

I ended up having to use a reciprocating saw even after 20 minutes of sawing at my exhaust pipe with this thing. All it did was lightly score the pipe. I tried it on all kinds of pipes including the paper thin test pipes you get at AutoZone.

Was able to cut off end of 2017 Chevy Silverado exhaust pipe. Worked well and as described. Not sure how long blades will last, but so far so good.

Needed to cut my exhaust pipes in order to install x-pipe. Had my doubts that this would cut my exhaust easier than my sawsall. While it does take some physical effort and hand strength to actually cut the pipes, the cuts are not only perfectly straight but also did not require any filing afterwards to deal with jagged edges. Just wish I had purchased it for previous projects.
