Nice replacement for any chalk line. Line holds chalk great, and lays a good visible line for cutting. Big fan of my current Crescent chalk line, but after a while the line would get cut, knotted tight, and eventually needed replacing. The box itself was still in good condition, so for about half the price of a new one, I read the reviews and chose this as the replacement string. Even better than original line.

For the carpenter who needs a sharper thinner line. Well worth it. I highly recommend this plus their specialized chalk. You'll never go back to the fatty lines.

One fill for my caulk line spool, more compact than cotton on the spool, much stronger with out any fraying or jamming. Snaps a nice line with regular chalk powder. A bit expensive for 100 ft of line buts nice quality and would recommend.

If you want to have precise layout lines then get this. I've spent hours looking at different chaulk lines and this is the thinnest one out there.The only con is that this is my second time buying it. It's not the most durable but that is to be expected considering it's ultra thin.

A little overprized but an extremely well made replacement line. I use it to fix old tajima lines saving 70% that way. (Versus buying a new chalk line set)
