The bad. I was a bit taken back by the price. We received a damage box (probably worst damaged box from amazon I have ever got). I was worried the product might be damaged, but it was not. The packaging was good for the materials, and you can tell the company wants to sell a beautiful product.The good; EVERYTHING else. It was easy to install (less than 5 mins, no instructions needed). Water pressure was good and flowed nicely, no leaks. It looks good and works exactly as we had imagined. No complaints. It was worth spending the extra money vs the knock offs that had sub-par reviews.

It took me a while to finally pull the trigger on this but it was worth it. First off the packaging is clever, appealing, and well done. I immediately received an email from the president of the company offering support on installation if needed. They themselves joke that they are a company that small still that you get directly in contact with the president, however that makes the build quality, packaging, and design all the more impressive. I delayed installation for a while slightly dreading the idea, however it couldn't have been easier. They even included a small roll of plumbers tape if you don't have any. It was on and working problem free in about 10 minutes. The only problem you might have is getting your old shower head off if it's been there a while. Otherwise I installed without tools and it was so easy. Even for people inexperienced with tools, building, assembly etc. This shouldn't cause a problem. Water pressure is better than my old shower head, even with the reduction washer still installed (you can remove these for more flow) it was so much more powerful. I love the quick turn valve to select either or both shower heads, but remember using both shower heads will likely deplete your hot water supply quicker than your old single shower head which isn't a fault of the product, it's just basic increased demand with a supply that hasn't changed. This is really the best way to get that multi head shower experience without taking a second mortgage to remodel a bathroom. If you're on the fence about buying it, just do it. You'll regret not buying it earlier.

I have no issues with the dual shower head. I bought the dual head version but put my old shower head on one side as shown in the photo. The install was very quick and I did it on my own. The video instructions were good as well for those who need them.I removed the flow restrictor and I recommend you do the same. You just pop the washer out then pop the metal out of the washer and put it back in. The flow restrictor is on the shower heads.I have great pressure on both sides and I can run both shower heads and the hand held off of it.No regrets at this point. Looks great. Very renter friendly.

I absolutely love the tandem shower! It works exactly as advertised, and I was genuinely surprised with how quick and easy it was to install. The company clearly cares about their product. The packaging was secure, and the materials are high-quality. My partner and I really enjoy being able to shower together without fighting for the water stream, and I even like using both streams when I'm on my own. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade their bathroom routine. We were a bit on the fence with the price, but it was definitely worth the investment!I also want to commend the customer service. Our tandem shower developed a leak about six months in (seems like a fluke), but Boona was stellar at addressing our concerns. They responded immediately and sent a replacement that works perfectly.

This dual shower head is a must especially for those who hog all of the water! We finally received our package (it was delayed due to the different carriers, not due to the seller) and needless to say the packaging was superb. It was nicely packed to ensure protection to each piece as well as each piece was clearly labeled to also clear up any confusion on what is what. I also appreciated that there wasn't paper instructions but a QR code. Those with husband's probably know, that as soon as he sees paper instructions, those get thrown away, but my husband hyperfixates on YouTube videos, so it was a win win. Speaking of the YouTube video, for those that are a visual learner, it is such a game changer. Every step was detailed and demonstrated how to set up the shower head and bar. Set up took maybe 20 minutes, my husband had to fight with the old shower head but that was the issue on our part not for the product. Product wise, it took 10 minutes. Super easy to set up. The most important part is the water pressure. After setting it up, of course we had to try it out. The lever is easy to turn and change the settings so both heads aren't going at once. We noticed no difference in water pressure. If one head is going, it's slightly stronger, but not one head is getting more water pressure than the other, they both produce great and equal water pressure. It's authentically pleasing and looks clean and sleek. We ordered the black dual shower head tandem. Totally worth the money and highly recommend to everyone!

The tandem shower is everything I hoped it would be. It works great, the water pressure is still strong with both heads going, and it was crazy easy to install. I think I had it up and running in about 10 minutes. It feels like it is very well made and it’s stylish. My partner and I are both thrilled!

No longer fighting over who gets to stand under the shower and who has to be freezing in the corner. The pressure is amazing, even when both shower heads are in use! Super easy to set up too!

I debated buying one for a long time.. when I finally bit the bullet I was mad I waited so long! 100% recommend buying this product. If you shower with your spouse you need to buy this! And no the pressure isn't drastically reduced

Installation extremely easy and it works as promised. It’s a little expensive but an excellent product.

Easy to install and although a bit pricey it's great if you pair up for shower time. No more standing in the cold! Also luxury for solo showers. Also I thought it would be cumbersome in the shower with extra pipes and such overhead but I don't notice that at all!

I really like this, no need to switch spots in the shower. Comes with diverter to switch from front to back or both.
