Works great, packaged securely and includes everything needed. I used it for the first time last night and the pump worked as promised. Instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. Pump looks solid and well built. I like the peace of mind knowing that for the one time ($89) purchase, I can perform the annual tankless WH flush without a hefty charge... plumber quoted $265!

Everything you need all in one bucket, ready to hook up and flush your tankless water heater. It worked as expected and was easy to assemble. Be careful to get the hoses tight, especially the first time so you don't get sprayed with cleaning solution like me. (smile) The hose length was perfect for my setup, but could be a bit short for some installations. The submersible pump has a pretty long cord and moves more than enough cleaning solution to flush any tankless. Once you are done, the bucket holds everything and is easily stored.

Does everything it says it will. Kit includes all but the chemical to flush with. I used the Haymaker liquid stuff from HD. Bout 20 bucks. Now, I will say, the pump struggled to prime and I could not figure out why. Maybe my error?? So, to get it to prime I turned the cold water on and then back off right away to just back feed the pump real quick and away we went. Who knows?? But it worked well.

Works great and much easier than the way we were flushing our tank. Will say I can’t get the screws off to clean it. Hope that’s not an issue later.I don’t see a power button. Instructions say power on, assume they meant to plug it in!

This product was advertised as the perfect solution for flushing my tankless water heater however after waiting 4 days for it to arrive I received a defective product. The pump was brand new but didn't work I believe the impellor had seized but not sure and pump was sealed. The manufacturer proudly states they throughly test each pump before shipping but this was clearly not the case as the pump never turned on. Packing and shipping were good so pump came defective (and Obviously untested ) from the factory. Very poor quality product but I did get my money back.

I set out looking for a pump to descale my tankless water heater, but decided I'd buy a kit so I could have hoses, bucket and pump dedicated to the task in an easy to store package, ready for use when I need it. This kit checked all the boxes. Time will tell it it lasts, but the pump ran strong or an hour with no issues. I'm definitely happy with my purchase.Drop the pump in bucket, adjust the tankless heater valves, connect up all the hoses, fill the bucket with half vinegar and half water then plug it in. Let it run for 30 minutes (longer if you've neglected routine descaling). One thing I found... The supply valve for my tankless unit had a slight leak, adding more water to the mixtures circulating through the water heater. This cause date bucket to slowly fill rather than simply recirculate. You'll want to watch for this to prevent an overflow mess. My guess is there was calcium in the value preventing a clear seal. I let the descaler pump run for a bit, then shut it all down and worked the value open and closed a number of times. Problem solved.
