My previous model said it was for indoors but set off CO2 detectors, this one doesnt. Previous would immediately switch to cold on you for no reason. This product has had no problems and is super instant and hot. Zero complaints at all but definitely no complaints for the price especially.

This does not work. I'm having to boil water on the stove to take a warm bath. Says it gets up to 150° but it doesn't. I'm very unsatisfied with this product.

This is a decent instant water heater. We’ve had several, and while this one’s “instruction manual†is a bit lacking with how to use it, once you figure it out, it works well. No complaints, I can finally shower in my Skoolie!!!

This thing works absolutely perfect. It is way less expensive to operate than tank heater and was super easy to install. I did hook up a pre filter as a precaution to protect it from my well water sediment.

I got this in January. It's now June. The other day, it died on me. I needed a water heater, a budget friendly one, that would work for a few years maybe. It won't even power on now. And before that, it was not great either. The temp was consistently too hot or too cold. If anyone touched the heat or cold to try to adjust, even a tiny bit, and it'd throw everything way off. If we wanted hot water, we would turn the water down, so there was never pressure. Then even when making it as hot as possible, it was never more than warm. It even made our wash machine throw temperature errors. This is the second tankless water heater I've owned and it was the worst. Now I wanted to contact them on the warranty, but there's no way to contact them.

Hot water on demand as advertised.The half inch fixtures are a no joke pain to accommodate but it is worth the trouble.This unit is a replacement for a 20 year old on demand so already used to the usual on demand issues and installation needs.Seriously impressed with the unit’s heating. Hint the recommended temperature will do no need to go higher. I should note that I’ve are in California so water temperature is not very cold to begin with.
