Your cart is empty.The TAP Extreme Duty Weighted Ball Set offers 6 pliable, sand-filled balls that are squeezable and easy to handle. This set includes a 3.5 ounce, 5 ounce, 7 ounce, 14 ounce, 21 ounce, and 32 ounce balls. All balls are the approximate size of a baseball, except for the 32 ounce which is the approximate the size of a softball; all can be used for throwing drills. These balls were designed to be used in close quarters or in environments where rebounding is not desired. They can be used as tools to improve arm strength and increase arm speed through the use of a weighted ball throwing program (not included). They are an excellent tool for providing weighted resistance through the full range of motion used in throwing and can be thrown against hard surfaces, padding, or net structures. These balls should be used with proper instruction and supervision in areas where there are no sharp edges or points.

My sons high school baseball coach advised all incoming freshman to purchase this item to use in summer workout program.Let me say that it has been well worth it. My son has increased his bat speed and velocity so much that the coach has promoted him to the varsity squad for the upcoming season. This product really works.

Gift for my son he seems to be very pleased ....I personally would have liked to have seen some examples of exercises suggestions included ( I might be using then myself if I knew what to do wih them )but other then that I am pleased they do come with carry and storage bag so that is a big plus

Have used these for about 1 year. They work great and would buy them again. Used indoors only not outside in the dirt, against a fence, or building. Do throw these and hit with bats up to 34 inches bbcor as well as minus 10's.

Great training aid for pitchers and throwers in general. I don't think a workout plan came with it. My sons coach had one made up for them. he is a college player.

Very good quality and a must have product for the young pitcher. My son (12) is a pitcher and uses this set for training and comes highly recommended. Check YOUTUBE for example of training.
