This tape dispenser does not dispense tape well. Once the tape is cut, it doesn’t catch on the body of the dispenser anywhere; it just falls back onto the roll of tape. Then you have to pick it off itself to stretch it out and tear again. And there is not enough of a dip in the frame between the tape roll and the blade to get even a child’s finger under the line of tape, so even after I rigged it a bit to stick to the frame you can’t move the tape along. I have to lift the entire roll of tape out of the dispenser to get my finger under it. Super disappointed, because my daughter was really excited and loves the look, but she spends 20x as long getting every piece of tape off as she should have to.

You need to be able to get under the tape to pull it, but even though this cloud is adorable, you can't get under the tape, so it doesn't actually function correctly. You can't pull the tape out. I returned it.

Super cute to look at, but the tape roll is not sturdy and wiggles around. The tape is also not sticky enough so it doesn't really hold much together. I would say this is more for younger toddlers as it doesn't work well for arts and crafts.

Cute dispenser, works with clear tape refill. The rainbow tape provided does not stick very well and more for decorative novelty purposes.

Item is not a cloud as described and it’s so cheaply made it will not stand up on its own.
