I've used this size tape measure for several years. Well made and great for smaller measurement needs.

They work fine for measuring, but there's a few adjustments they could make for it to be perfect. The lock doesn't want to stay locked, and the temporary hold needs to be pressed hard to hold the tape in place. Also the magnets on the end add some length so the measurement is off by about 1/16". If you can deal with these issues then they are great low-cost tape measures.

There pretty good tape measure not to bad for the price but I would say the lock are pretty weak on them and the magnet is useless but the tape measure is very durable I would say the measure line are a little faded on some place but not to bad still a good for price for the amount your getting

UPDATE !!!!!! work perfect has the lock on top like normal tapes but has an under mount to temporarily stop it without locking it down. highly recommend.UPDATE!!. WILL CUT YOUR HANDS UP. BEND AND CRACKS ONLY AFTER A FEW WEEKS. FUNCTIONS LIKE STOP AND HOLD STOP WORKING. I WOULD RETURN BUT I CANT>. DO NOT BUY
