I use this for prepping brass for handloading ammo. I chuck this up in my drill and use it to chamfer the inside edge of every case that I trim to length. With it, I can knock out 30 cases per minute. works perfectly for this application, and I couldn't be more satisfied.

This bit is not precise in that it measures 13/32nd inch in diameter instead of the 3/8th (12/32nd) inch it is supposed to be. This lack of precision may not mean much to some, but it provides a hole bigger than the width of the 3/8th inch diameter plugs I'm using (which more precise in measurement that the drill bit). Since the plugs are loose in the drilled holes, the drill bit is totally useless to me.

I was hoping I could use this to drill out some 5/16 holes to 5/8 in 3/16 steel plate. This bit is not sharp enough to complete that task from only one side of the metal. I've used counter-sink bits that are way more than sharp enough for that purpose, so I was quite surprised to find that this one began choking up.This bit is, however, effective enough to be used for its intended purpose of simply beveling a hole, so I can't complain too much. Also, if you can reach both sides of the metal with your drill, you can probably bore out a hole with this bit. I also figure that this has done enough damage for me to now get a 5/8" bit into the hole without it slipping or skipping and thus finish my project.

I needed a 82- Degree countersink for my router insert and this one did a great job. It cut clean and all four holes came out perfect. I would recommend this to anyone who has to countersink into this hard material.

When you need a perfectly aligned countersink, this tool does wonders. Put the router table adapter together in minutes after countersinking the mount holes for the router.
