I’ve used several thermometers in my darkroom and this is by far the best. Very accurate and reliable. It’s great!

Perfect for making yogurt! Accurate and high quality for a great price. And analog, so you don't need to worry about batteries, which are both annoying and wasteful.

So far, it performs as expected and appears sturdy. As to accuracy, it has instructions to recalibrate if necessary. Attaches nicely to the side of the InstantPot for use in yogurt making and is easy to read. Would be nice if it came with protective case or something for storage.

The last one has lasted about 35 years so far but we needed a second one for times when we are both cooking. Perfect, accurate, durable, stick it in the food and get a reading. The calibration is adjustable but in 35 years, has never been wrong. Great purchase that will last a lifetime!

Drilled a small hole above the evaporator coil and you'll be able to monitor your HVAC system. This should be the appropriate temperature range for a residential HVAC system. My cooling is 55°F and heat is 110°F

Out of the package I was impressed that it accurately read the temperature of the room; I had had a gallon of milk sitting out for 4 or 5 hours (to make yogurt with) - I put it in the milk and, as should have been, the milk was the identical temp as the room. Used it on a roast tonight and it seems to be spot on.

Super Bummed. Ruined several batches of cheese and yogurt, thought it was my culture. Then tested this thermometer along side 3 other thermometers- this thermometer is anywhere from 3-10 degrees off. Totally inconsistent. Unfortunately, by the time I realized what the problem was, it was too late to return the item for a refund.I recommend buying a better thermometer!
