This snowmaker really works very well. We had no trouble with it. It is loud, but that’s to be expected. At a party, you really don’t notice the sound. We also had it on the roof of our patio cover, making the sound negligible. What I would really love to know is how to store it? Can I run vinegar or plain water through it to clean it out before storage? I can’t find anything online that gives me any idea ideas

The product description says there are 3 levels of snow (25%, 50%, and 100%), but the product only provided snow at 100% and very minimal snow at 50% (no snow at 25). The seller quickly sent a replacement, but it only provided snow at 100%. The seller gave instruction on reversing two leads inside the machine, but that made the problem worse. The seller did provide a full refund and said we didn't have to return either machine. The seller was very responsive to our reports and questions--replying to our messages within the same day, and processed the refund immediately at our request. I would buy from this seller again, but be wary that this particular product may not perform as expected from its description.

This snow machine works well overall and creates a neat effect for parties or events. However, the output doesn’t always match the power percentage, which can make fine-tuning tricky. Despite this, it’s effective and fun for creating a winter wonderland atmosphere.
