It's kind of hard to think of these as chisels ... they are more along the lines of heavy duty scrapers. I used one, with solvent, to remove a piece of molding from a car door. I was able to dissolve the glue that held on the molding, pry off the molding, and scrape off the residue -- all without damaging the paint. I had previously tried this using a thinner scraper and had no success. So, for that type of work, I'd say that these are a good tool at a good price.

These are well made. I use them to scrape under my mower deck. Works as good as metal without scraping the paint off.

If you're needing something to Scrape silicone off with, this is a tool that you need. I used Just about anything I could think of too scrape silicone off with. This tool here can make your life very simple, works with ease. ðŸ‘

My intended use of these scrapers was to remove seam caulking from an acrylic shower stall. Not wanting to scratch the surface of the acrylic. The construction of the scrapers was solid and slightly flexible as you would expect a scraper to be. However the “edge “ wasn’t sharp enough to remove any silicone caulking. I feel these objects should be renamed. Putty Knife would be more appropriate than†Chisel Scrapersâ€

Had vinyl clear bra or today called paint protection film on my car that alligatored after 19 years on my entire front bumper. Used this set to remove the vinyl and brake clean to remove the adhesive. Wish I found this sooner, did not damage paint! Before on left, after right side.
