I have used it many times already. Baked goods just slide out. I use it now for baking everything. I got tired of the "metallic" taste I got from my traditional pans so I thought I would try this. It is very sturdy and really works as advertised. I also ended up buying a 9-inch one from the same manufacturer. Just great quality.
