I have an old (2015ish) Toshiba Satellite P50t-b laptop that was using 12GB of RAM (upgraded from 8GB at some point in the past). This kit allowed me to upgrade to the maximum the laptop supports which is 16GB. It is working great on Windows 10 and was a cheap upgrade.

My Toshiba Satellite P55-B5162 had 8GB. Wanted to upgrade to 16G. I tried one time on another brand 8G x 2 = 16G. Did not work. Returned. Then I purchased this TeamGroup brand. Didn't expect much, because its price is very affordable. But in my contrary. It seems to be high quality RAM, Even the packing shows it's high quality. Once I inserted in my laptop. Powered on. Everything came up. Nice. And I have my 16G RAM. After a while of "slow" coming up, initially I thought it was due the speed of the RAM is "slow". However, it could be other factors, such as my laptop needed to updated with new paches, my sync with Google-Drive, among many other factors. After I had it in for about 2hrs, after all these things are done. Now I can feel my laptop is working much faster, and lot more responsive. RAM works great. I highly recommend to any doubters.

Nice price at the time for 2 x 8GB memory modules. Added to an older Toshiba S-55 series and they work perfectly. Huge difference on an older laptop that is bogged-down. Went from a total of 8GB to 16GB and everything was better. Quicker boot-up and more resources available. Programs load quicker and you can keep a few more windows open at the same time. If your laptop can take this type of memory it would be a worth while upgrade for not too much cash. Look online to find a video on how to properly upgrade your memory for your model. Most older laptops may have a small cover on the bottom that hides the memory slots which will make it easy and quick to replace and upgrade the memory.

I have been flipping a lot of old laptops as of late. Due to M$ system requirements for Win11 a lot are abandoning capable machines or wanting to try linux. Many times I am able to bypass system requirements, but a lot of these machines came with a mere 8gigs of RAM. This 16gig package is just what I needed to complete the job on the cheap since I make no money off them, I give them to elderly and kids. I have done 15 machines in the last 2 mos with no problems, all machines are as stable as they come. Note, I am using business grade machines Wmart specials may or may not be as successful, but that is more a usage and durability issue. You can not go wrong IMHO with this product, good price, quick shipping and reliable.

Installed flawlessly into a Thinkpad T530 and had zero issues. Took out the single 4gb ram under the keyboard then put in the 8gb stick under the keyboard slot and then added the other 8gb to the rear under memory slot on the laptop for 16gb total. Went from 4gb ram to 16gb. Laptop as immensely faster now than with just 4gb of ram, fires right up, multiple high def videos playing and doesn't stutter, takes everything you can throw at it. (Have a ssd installed) Simple plug and play. Ram memory was sealed and exactly like the photos, MADE IN TAIWAN, country makes some great products. Will report back if any issues. Moved the windows experience calculation from 5.9 to 7.5 in calculations on ram memory. Worth the upgrade on a classic unit.
