I bought these because I was starting Strongman training and starting to lift heavier. I didn't want to jump right to the expensive ones, so I got some of the less expensive ones to try. So glad I did! They are just as good as the pricier ones. Work great! They are comfortable on my wrists and get the job done. Love them!

Good quality for the price. Good wrist stability for heavy bench press and overhead press.

Perfect! I started working with weights at the gym and my wrist was feeling all the effects of it in the most painful way. Now that I have these my wrist doesn't hurt after my workouts. Yea! It has very good velcro, sticks to everything. Beware if you have dry fingers the velcro will cut your fingers. Overall, super helpful to have

These wrist supports are soft and comfy and provide medium support for lifting. I have used two other brands wrist wraps in the past, both by larger names, Rog** and Harbin***. These were more similar to the H brand ones than the R brand ones. So, if you are newer to lifting like say just breaking into the intermediate level according to most charts, then these will probably serve you really well. If you are starting to go into the advanced level then you probably want stiffer wrist wraps then these. So if you are bench pressing your body weight or less you probably will be fine with these. If you are bench pressing 1.5 times your body weight or higher you will probably want a different brand. If you are somewhere in between there and you've not used your straps before these little definitely help
