Great sound and clear speach. Durable. I bought an extra pair for when this pair breaks. I've had the first pair for over a year now and they are in perfect working order. I love them. I highly recommend. Quick and easy connection. Long battery life. Simple on ear controls. Sound up or down plus center button connects/disconnects.

I use these every day at work. They have they USB dongle for the landline and also connects to my cell phone. The only issue I've had was that I sometimes have to connect the Bluetooth manually because it didn't automatically connect for whatever reason. It's not a huge deal. It takes a couple extra seconds.

Super comfortable instantly connects. Can talk for 40 plus hours without worrying about it needing to be recharged. It's standby is super impressive as well. Call quality and microphone also work great. The ear cushion can get a little hot on longer conversations lasting say more than an hour as it is memory foam. But that is very nice both over the ear and on the opposite side of the head where it rests.

I just got them, so I can't give an honest review yet. I can say the packaging was good. They charged good. The connected right away to my phone. I don't know how the longevity will pan out but I did use them for a brief 20 minute conversation. The 3 stars are for the delivery not the product itself as I've only had them 3 days..

I was very skeptical about buying these. I was attracted by the low price but have learned that lesson many times. I decided to gamble and I'm glad I did. They're not as easy to use as the "pioneer" of the trucker headsets, but they're a fraction of the price and perform well. The noise cancellation seems to be good according to people on the other end of the line, battery life is good, and they're comfortable.I don't expect them to last as long as others which have flexible microphones, but all in all, I'm glad I bought these and you can afford 4 sets of these for one of the premium brands. I'd buy again for sure!

Like a lot people, I have started to work half of my week at home and half at the office. My company has provided a Jabra Evolve 75 and i've left it for use in the office. I've been spoiled by the Jabra but i don't wanna shell out $400 for a headset to use for meetings and calls when i'm working from home. So, I was out for a quest to look for a "comparable" headset around the price point of $50.Here are the criteria I have: 1. Good mic quality as I need to have meetings with my bosses and colleagues quite often; 2. Bluetooth so i won't need to fiddle with the cable on my desk with limited space; 3. Good battery life as I sometimes have back to back calls/meetings for a few hours straight. And this TK-HS005 ticks all of the boxes and more. The headset is a bit on the large side with the earmuffs cover my whole ear. It's quite comfortable and I don't feel any stress on the head after calls that last an hour or more. Mic has very good quality so no complaints from my colleagues. I also like that the mic can flip to both side of the headset so I can choose which side of my ear the mic is on. Sound quality is good for calls. Though i'm not sure how it measures for gaming or movies because I haven't used it for that purpose. As for battery life, they advertise it to have 200 hrs standby time but I've left it on for more than 2 weeks without charging and still had not got to the bottom of the battery. That's like 300+ hrs standby time that i've got. crazy. Bluetooth connection is ok. Once it's connected, I have not experience it being dropped. Though reconnection after rebooting the computer or bringing the computer back to range doesn't always happen automatically and could require a bit of manual intervention. I have it paired with my personal laptop and my work laptop. Maybe that's a factor? All in all, using it as an office headset, it goes toe to toe with the Jabra Evolve 75 but at a fraction of the price (I bought it at $55 CND). Though I do miss the charging station for my Jabra. There are features for TK-HS005 that I do not get to use. Not sure how good the noise cancelling feature is as my home office is quite quiet. I haven't really tried out the mono-stereo conversion as it involves removing the left earmuff and replacing it with the side headset holder piece. I kinda worries that switching between the two modes might affect the connector to the left earmuff.Pros: - Audio and mic quality are good (for office calls) - Comfortable even after a long call/meeting - Battery life is amazing, longer than advertised, lolCons: - A bit on the heavy side - I miss the charging station of my Jabra but it's not the fault of this headset - Might require some manual intervention for reconnection

I primarily use the TECKNET Wireless Headset (TK-HS005) for call center work, and overall, it performs well in this regard. However, it does have a notable issue when connecting to multiple devices. When switching between two connected devices, there is a brief lag that can be somewhat disruptive. While this isn't a deal-breaker for me, having used other multipoint headsets where device switching was smoother, I notice this headset tends to crackle momentarily before completing the switch. This minor inconvenience lasts only about a second, suggesting that the Bluetooth hardware might not be top-of-the-line.Setting aside this quirk, the headset impresses in other areas. Voice clarity during calls is excellent, and the audio quality for general use is also commendable. While it may not match the performance of higher-priced models, considering its features like multipoint Bluetooth connectivity and a boom arm microphone, it stands out as one of the best options in its price range. After extensive research, I haven't found a better alternative that offers the same combination of features and performance.Overall, if you're looking for a headset primarily for call center duties and occasional multimedia use, the TECKNET Wireless Headset (TK-HS005) offers solid performance and value, despite its minor connectivity quirk.

I bought 2 for our support team as a backup headset, both microphones works intermittently and today, 3 dropped calls because the microphone stopped working halfway thru the calls.I havent been able to locate the contact directly where I can ask for a replacement, I get that this is sold as is, and I am reviewing here for other user that needs this as a profesional environment backup, dont. Not worth your time.the lightweight and seems like a good build headset is worthless if its not functioning properly.
