It had us all laughing just watching my teenage granddaughter using it. We haven't used it a lot yet so can't attest to how long it will last but it was worth the price just for the fun we had on Thanksgiving.

Bought this for myself to train and have a little fun at home since we are all staying in. Its a very fun toy to have and also it gives you a great work out. I thought I had great hand and eye coordination but this reflex ball proved me wrong. Got hit in the face and chest a bunch of times but the ball is soft so it really doesn't hurt. My 7 yr old daughter also tried it and got hit couple times and she was fine so it's kid friendly also. Its easy to set up and only takes a minute to get the distance right. This would be a great gift for children and adults and kids to kill time and do a little exercise at the same time.

I bought this for a game to play at a family party. A lot of people gave it a whirl and everyone either participated in the actual game or enjoyed being the audience cheering people on. HINT: take the time to adjust the headband and string-to-ball length because one size fits all but has to be adjusted to each individual head size, arm length etc. For beginners start by shortening the string to make the ball fairly close to you so you can get some rythym and understanding how the ball reacts to your punch! This is a good game for hand eye coordination!

I am a 10 yr. old in a 67 yr. old woman's body. Saw this in an ad and had to try. Important to know- make sure the elastic on the novice (You of course, will start with the beginner ball. Minimizes silent curses when you get smacked with the ball in the head as you're learning) ball is the proper length for your torso. Practice in an area with even lighting, no bright ceiling lights etc. I usually practice outside in the early morning before sunrise. Cloudy days are great. It takes some practice to punch the ball at first, but the fun time I have trying to increase the number of consecutive hits is priceless. After 15 minutes, I've had a great aerobic workout. I keep the ball/ headband on the dining room table ready to play. It's super addicting!

I'm no boxer, but picked this up as a hand-eye trainer. The instructions said to start with the novice ball to get acquainted. I don't doubt that, but I found it harder to use than the second (red) ball. You need a very light touch on first ball. Once I switched to the second ball, I was hitting larger combos much more consistently (10-12 punches in a row without failing). You can definitely feel the red ball a little more (it's denser), and I could see it hurting if connects to your face err...reproductive organs full speed. I look forward to getting to the final ball, it's pretty fun working my way up. I recommend this a quick workout if you're alone, don't want to spend a bunch of money, and have decent space to work with. I'm sure it looks kinda dumb using, until you get really good!

Ive never gotten hit in the face by balls so many times, but still had fun with it before. I swear this thing is the equivalent of a paddle ball in terms of dumb entertainment, but its my face as the paddle board.

Started with yellow ball and moved straight to boxers ball as it was heavier. At first very tricky but with concentration you can get your timing going. Fantastic tool for hand/eye co-ordination. Great value for what you get out of it. I see this as being useful for a lot of sports, not only boxing and martial arts.

Kind of a waste of money but if you want it this is a good quality. Not easy to do and also not great for adjusting sizes easily.
