I weigh 185 pounds. Fully clothed and with my tool belt, drill etc I am just under 200 lbs. This ladder bent at full extension at 200lbs. There is zero chance that this ladder can handle 330 lbs at full extension. Any person at or over 300 lbs attempting to use this ladder at full extension will likely die.This ladder can still be useful at less than full extension and is a very handy compact lightweight ladder to have for hard to reach places. If they didn't lie blatantly in their listing and put people's lives at risk they would get better than one star. I would say this ladder could safely be used by someone less than 150 lbs including clothing and gear at full extension. And that might be pushing it.
