This ladder is great for storage (takes zero space). The only thing that I think they should have put in the add is the total weight of the ladder. I am 66 and it was a bit cumbersome for me to maneuver when fully extended.

The stainless steel 12.5 foot ladder arrived in great shape, a little more bulkier than expected - which is a good thing! Extends and retracts smoothly - and supports big people. Packs away taking very little space and is available quickly. I like it.

Overall I'm pleased with this ladder. The lower 1/3 is very sturdy feeling and I have no concerns. The middle 1/3 it begins to feel a bit unstable but still seems usable. The top 1/3 does not feel sturdy at all, obviously it is going to be the thinnest section of the ladder and the instructions indicate you shouldn't use the top 20% or so of the ladder anyway. It will work for what I need, but am a little disappointed that I don't believe I could use to actually get on the roof (which is not why I purchased, but would have been nice).It also seems heavier than described, but still manageable for one person. And getting it extended takes a little bit of work... the best way seems to lay it flat and then pull it out along the ground.

I love this ladder. I can keep it short for low jobs and extend for tall jobs. It holds tightly together and doesn't take a lot of space. It is strong and sturdy and a nice A shape design. It is easy to use

This ladder works great! We’ve had a few different ones at our house, but this is our favorite. My husband used to use these at his old job, so he was so excited when he saw I ordered this for our house! You can haul and carry it very easily with how it’s designed. It’s not extremely heavy. It doesn’t take up a lot of space when storing it. It’s very easy to open and close. It feels sturdy and safe, but you do still need someone to hold it so that the bottom doesn’t slip. The price of this when I originally ordered this item was $169.99. This isn’t a bad price at all! Ladders can be so expensive, and for a 16.5-foot ladder, this is a great deal! I would give this 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
