Had previously wrote a negative review. Got my phone company to come out and they fixed the wiring issue! It was NOT this phone's issue!This phone is an excellent edition to my home. It's light, but sturdy. Ring tone sound is soft and lovely ringer. Caller ID is clearly seen on display screen. Cute. Comfortable to hold. Pretty! Would recommend and buy from this company again!

This phone is so vintage and cute looking. I have not actually tried to plug it in because I don't have a landline. So this is just for decoration purposes only. The only downside was the hook for the eceiver is super wobbly causing the receiver to slide back and forth and side to side. Otherwise cute!
