Its awesome to not have an earpiece in my head all day. The stereo sound is a bonus too. I find that if there is any noise around though i cant hear whats being said clearly unless i pug my ear. So I've been wearing one ear plug to compensate which is better than going home, deaf in one ear after 14 hrs of people screaming in it..

Despite the description, this headset does not work well with the DTR series of radios. There doesn't seem to be enough amplification through the headset connector to make the headset work. You can hear it, barely.
