I needed these to protect the ends of exposed bolts arising from our patio's gazebo. They came shipped in a thick poly bag, and all of them that I have used so far (12) have been visually very good as well as threading onto the bolts easily, and there were no burrs exposed.

If you have chain like fencing with exposed bolts, this will help children from getting cuts or scratches if they rub up against them.
