The jump rope is very easy to put together. You enter your weight and you can set a timed alarm for interval/circuit training. The is also a calorie count and jump count on the handle. It is very easy to adjust the length of the rope by pulling it through two holes in the handle, no cutting necessary. The product comes with an extra battery, CR2032, and mini screwdriver to access the battery compartment. The two rope balls make it easy to jump rope indoors. The rope is 9.8ft of hard durable plastic. For the price, this product cannot be beat! 10/10 would recommend.

I've been using it for about three weeks now. I find it very simple and easy to use, and can really be suited to the user. It has programmable features, such as adding your own weight (in kg,) and counting how many jumps and calories you've burned. The calorie burner on the jump rope definitely helped me feel validated after using the jump rope. The jump rope is able to adjust the length according to the user, however, since I'm pretty tall, I've noticed a few struggles with the rope hitting my neck when jumping. I've adjusted the way I jump to avoid it hitting my neck, but other than that I haven't had any other issues. Great purchase!

This rope-less jump rope is awesome! When I tell people about they are like, Whaaat???I love jumping at work on my lunch. I'm a male heading towards 60 years old and getting into cardio after years of nada. What started out with 100 jumps and out of breathe turned into jumping 1,400 times in two sets of four minutes each, after 4 weeks of jumping on the weekdays. My goal is to hit 3 sets of four minutes each to get to 2,000 jumps a day. At this point, the weighted handles tire out my arms more than my calves burn. So it's a bonus!These are easy impact and no need for any room. If you can jump up without hitting your head, you can use these nearly anywhere, since there is no rope to hit the ceiling or tangle your feet. I like that it keeps track of time, jumps and calories burned. Plus the timeout is enough where I can get through all sets in one session for a grand total.I wouldn't call them the highest quality, but they grip good and been holding up well. Time will tell when they need a replacement. For the price, totally worth it.

It is nice that the jump lope comes with a durable bag to keep everything that comes with this product, a couple of weight balls for substitute of the lope, an extra battery, a small driver to replace the battery, and the manual. I have not used the balls yet but it sounds good that I can exercise with them anywhere even in a small space. I also like that the length of the lope can be easily adjusted. I like it that the company asks and rewards us to share our buying experience so that they would improve the product.So I am sharing something I feel they could improve.The handles are heavy and nice for workout but the lope itself is not heavy enough and easily gets tangled.One of the handles has a small digital counter that is supposed to calculate the calories burned. But it starts immediately counting once set up even before starting jumping. I wish it could count only while I am jumping.

While I really enjoyed unboxing this (I loved that it came with a pouch, the extra battery, tool and swinging balls, I'm not a fan of is the rope itself. It's extremely lightweight ("weighted" in the product title on Amazon is misleading) and plastic. So when it came wrapped tightly in an 'up/down' fashion, due to the light weight and material, it's impossible to stretch/flatten the rope out. That in turn makes it more difficult to use because a bended area of the rope can hit your foot while jumping.I also don't like that the ends of the rope stick out the more you adjust the length of the jump rope for shorter people (I'm 5'2). It's not aesthetic and it also hits my hands when jumping.While I appreciate the other features the rope has, it's not for me and I'll be returning.

I've nevery really been ablt to skip rope, when it came time to do this i just skipped the rope :) (pun intended). I saw a similar one on a youtube video and decided to buy these. I'm very happy with them. I'm able to use them to increase my endurance and raise my VO2 Max which was the reason I wanted them for some good HIIT sessions. I feel like they have helped my running endurance. At times I feel silly because I could just be jumping without the device, BUT I would feel even silier jumping without them, besides they count how many jumps and duration of time it took.

Actually, the best thing I love about this rope is it is counting the calories you burnt. If you are counting your calories, it is very good to see the actual amount you burnt. Also, I forgot it under the sun. There is nothing happend. It is so resistant.

J’étais hyper sceptique sur cette corde à sauter mais j’ai voulu tenter l’expérience.Tout d’abord, tout étais super bien emballé dans une petite boîte en carton : très pratique pour tout ranger. Il y a les deux poignées, la corde, les deux petits poids à potentiellement mettre à la place de la corde, un sachet de rangement, la notice, un petit tournevis pour changer la pile, mais surtout : 2 piles ! Une pile déjà dans la poignée + 1 de recharge.La prise en main des poignées est top grâce à la matière dans laquelle elles sont faites. J’ai voulu directement essayer le système des petits poids qui m’intriguaient. N’ayant pas beaucoup de place dans mon salon, c’était vraiment parfait !Le petit écran sur l’une des poignées affiche : le nombre de tours effectués, les calories perdues, le temps de sauts effectué, et le poids de la personne qui saute. On peut paramétrer le poids, ainsi que le temps de saut souhaiter ou le nombres de sauts souhaiter. Quand on atteint l’objectif fixé la corde émet un bip.Je ne pensais pas avoir quelque chose d’aussi qualitatif, je pense vraiment en avoir eu pour mon argent et je suis ravie de mon achat!

The skipping rope was easy to understand and use. it counts the skips for you & has a timer up to 60 minutes. It was definitely worth of money and the quality was excellent also easy to adjust the rope. The weight had a nice grip to it & the handle was great and I definitely would recommend.
