Hand made in our workshop at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, each chime is the result of meticulous craftsmanship. Eight chords are welded with silver into the metal plate at the base of the resonance tube. Precise tuning creates a play of clear tones that is rich in overtones. The overtones of the shorter chords gradually dominate and become fundamentals, thus forming a circular tone range. Move the chime gently holding it by its cord: the crystalline relaxing sound may leave you in quiet wonder. Suspended, it will play with the wind and carry you away in an unexpected melody. The sound of the chimes is most wonderful for children. But for security reasons they should be kept out of reach of children under three years old. The Koshi chimes work best for outdoors use.

THIS IS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WIND CHIME!!!! I originally saw it in Gentle Whispering's video and I loved the sound and tunes it made. The chimes are so delicate and soft, they're not as harsh as most wind chimes are for me. I really want to see how the other scales of this wind chime sound since this one was so beautiful!!!

I am not a fan of most chimes because they sound like noise to me and not a soothing sound. However, I LOVE the sound this chime makes. It has a beautiful and peaceful sound. I am very happy with this purchase.

Beautifully made and, if waved about in a quiet room, emits a heavenly ethereal tinkling music. Hung on the porch - in Connecticut, anyway - it rarely responds to breezes, and when it does is barely audible. Unless you live in a windy place, I would say it's useless outdoors. Luckily, I can use it in my qigong classes where it will be lovely. Thank you.

Bought this for my sister, it was much smaller than we thought. But the melody was so beautiful, clear and mesmerizing, it truly is more like a musical instrument than typical wind chimes. I’m going to buy some for myself!

The sound of these wind chimes are so beautiful. I discovered them at a yoga class I took in Costa Rica. The sound was so peaceful that I had to ask the yoga teacher where she got them and she mentioned this brand with the earth tones. She said she gets that question all the time! I'm so pleased with this purchase and get a little reminder of Costa Rica every time the wind blows.

Koshi chimes are the most beautiful wind chimes I've ever heard. I always thought wind chimes were "nice" but never really desired one until I heard one of these Koshi chimes. I was worried something was wrong with the one I ordered at first, but then realized I had to rotate the small wooden bar at the top from which the inner glass piece hangs (it must have rotated during shipment). Once I did that it worked perfectly. Beautiful and relaxing to listen to!

I bought this as a Mother's Day gift for my grandma and she LOVED it! It was such a big hit that several of her friends even ordered one.The sound is lovely and very relaxing. It is different from a standard chime in that it is not very "noisy," but more of a pure tone.
