My feet are always cold and I was concerned that despite wearing merino wool socks and winter boots during a trip to Alberta, Canada, they would still be cold. I couldn't have found a better sock liner than these! They were thin enough to layer with my merino wool socks, matched the OTC length of my socks, and did not cause any discomfort in the fit of my winter boots. I wore them to go snow tubing and dog sledding in temperatures ranging between 15 and 20 degrees Fahrenheit, and my feet remained nice and warm. When my feet get cold at home, I wear them by themselves. This is a wonderful product that I would highly recommend.

I wear these as a liner sock and have used them in very cold winter conditions down to -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Once we get down to -20 on a regular basis I'll try to remember to post an update. These socks have helped keep my feet warm without getting sweaty. Combined with an alpaca over-sock, they've kept my toes comfortable, even when snowmobiling. The fit is comfortable without being constricting. My calves are muscular but not particularly thick, and these socks stay up without inhibiting blood flow. They also do double duty in keeping the legs of my long johns from riding up. Zero itch!

Winters in NH can get pretty darn cold. I ordered these as part of my "winter gear" and use them frequently on my cold winter walks with the dog or when I'm out shoveling snow. Provide decent warmth without the bulk. These run a tiny bit on the smaller side and are a little tight around my calf (I'm not overweight) but certainly still wearable.

just what I needed. Went to Idaho during one of the coldest weather streaks in 10 years and out in the snow my feet were never cold.

I consider myself to have medium feet and these fit a little small on me. I wear an 8 1/2 - 9 depending on the shoe and normal medium socks fight me perfectly. As far as functionality, they are not as good as real 100% silk. They will pull a small portion of moisture away from your skin, but if you are sweating profusely or you step in a puddle and get them soaked you are SOL. They do add an extra layer of warmth though and they stretch to some degree because of the synthetic fiber weaved in. Personally, I wont buy these again though. I will shell out for real silk and I suggest you do the same.

Warm feet, finally. I have bad circulation I guess, but have always had freezing cold hands and feet; I'm now 47. I can't handle the cold well at all. My feet freeze under 2 or 3 pairs of socks, hurting because they get so cold. I have been sleeping, basically living in these since I got them. It's December and the other day it was 8 degrees F on the way to work. I had these on, one regular pair of socks and my feet were warm, no pain, no numbness, just warm! To me these liners are a miracle! They keep me warm from my toes to above the calf; get a pair if your feet are never warm.
