I should have assumed when “reading†most of the reviews that this product may not offer English directions. It didn’t really matter though, if you have even the slightest bit of common sense or problem solving skills you can figure out how to use this by just looking at the symbols. I think it has an automatic shut off once the sake is warmed enough because the light does go off on the unit once you see it start to steam. Very nifty and useful for a quick warming.
