These pouches work only if you shove the fob all the way to the bottom AND tightly close the flap. They DO protect the car! If the flap isn't tightly folded and velcroed shut, or the fob is near the flap thats not securely folded, the car won't be protected, the car WILL start or open! I've tested it in many scenarios.If I sit in my car for x-amount of time after getting in, the fob will be needed to start the car. Instead of getting out the fob, I open the flap and point the pouch opening toward the start button and it starts up. That way I don't wear out the inner material.Keep in mind that constantly inserting and retrieving the fob can and will wear out the inner material. This is most likely why it stops working after x-amount of time. Either be very gentle or expect to replace the pouch at some point. I have the extra one when this one wears out. The small pouch fits my small fob perfectly. It really is very well built/quality construction. Very pleased to get 2 for $10.That all being said, it's my first fob car and I'm getting used to wearing a substantial sized pouch compared to a key. I've separated the pouch from my other keys, so while away from home, I simply hook the fob pouch to a belt loop since I don't usually use a large enough purse. At this point, I'm very pleased with these two fob pouches, especially for the price!

i bought 10 of these because i thought i was buying one when they were sold as a pair. The good thing is, i gave the other ones to friends and family members. This works like a champ and i would recommend it to everyone.

Blocking the signal to prevent my car from being stolen was the entire point of getting this and it is doing that. I like that these came in a set of two, because I, like most people, have two keys. Two different colors is helpful to identify the keys as spare and primary or yours and mine, for example. The "rose gold" appears metallic and shiny, and is far more gold than pink compared to how it looked on my laptop. The black looks like smooth black leather. There is a separate credit card sized RFID pocket on the front side. My key fob makes a bulge on the front side that limits the space in the card slot and causes the card to go in kind of sideways, which makes it even more lumpy. I was able to get two cards in it, but it was kind of tight. One was ok. This bulge from the key fob causes the velcro to not attach on the outer ends, which leaves a small gap that you can see light through from the side where the flap folds over. I did test this several times and this gap did not allow the signal to escape. There is a key chain attached to the inside with a split ring. I clipped my key fob to it to help retrieve it from the pouch, and so it won't drop to the ground if it slips out of my hands. There is also a large, heavy duty spring clip attached to the back for connecting to just about anything, like a belt loop or handbag, etc. The item description claims that it is made of crazy horse leather, which is cow hide, which is very sturdy. However, the material on the outside doesn't necessarily look like leather and is very thin and smooth. The interior is covered with signal blocking material, so I can't verify if it is really leather. At this price it really doesn't matter. The key fob must be fully removed from the pouch to unlock or lock my car doors.

I got these to keep my fob from draining the battery in my Subaru when I’m sleeping inside. I love them but could be slightly larger.

I use these daily! I have one to hubby too. We keep a couple credit cards in it and our keys!! Great for peace of mind that we are protected. I love the key ring AND carabiner type clip too. Small enough, but big enough to hold keys and a few cards. It’s light weight, very durable, and the pockets make it very functional. I recommend these faraday items to everyone.

Purchased these two pouches about a year ago and realizing it doesn’t always block the signal. I can unlock my car doors with the fobs in the sealed pouch.

Tucked the fob in the bag and walked out to the car. Worked for us. Door didn't open. As soon as I opened the top flap, car caught the signal. So that's great, works as advertised.Downsides.....ad says it's a leather case, but it's "PU leather"......translation: Fake leather. That's fine too, but I rated a two for durability as this thing will not last since it's not durable leather.I tried to use it as shown, but works best if you just put the fob in there and then I use the hook to my keychain. As someone else mentioned ...it's bulky. Would like one specially made for my key.

With the recent influx of cars being stolen, you can never be too careful. After hearing that Faraday Pouches help reduce the likelihood of a Relay Attack being completed on your car, I purchased this set as it did come with 2 pouches for a good price. The pouches are really well made and seem durable. I like that they have multiple different ways to hang on a key chain, or attach to a D Ring inside a purse or bag. I purchased the Light Green colour. It does look more teal than shades of green.However, they completely block the key fob's signal! The car will not detect the key standing outside the door for automatic door locking/unlocking, and it will not detect the key while inside the car. The key needs to be completely outside of the pouch for the car to detect that the key is in-fact inside the vehicle. It works wonders and gives myself, and my partner a small peace of mind that our key is safer.Overall, I highly recommend these pouches for people who are looking to get a faraday pouch that works, has multiple hanging options and colour choice for a good price!

efficace. Pas de communication le pochette fermée. La voiture ne s'ouvre pas même à 50 cm. Dés que que l'on ouvre la pochette la voiture s'ouvre.L'achat est récent, à voir dans le temps, mais pour l'instant fait son job.
