Okay, seriously, this Tesmotor Fan Misting Kit is a godsend. I live in a city where the summers can be… intense. I mean, it’s not like I'm constantly exposed to high temperature environments but sometimes when you have to spend a long time out in the sun... trying to get a tan, it gets hot. Very hot. So, I needed a way to cool off, you know, when I am meditating outside. This misting kit is the perfect solution! The 26FT misting line is incredibly flexible, and the five brass nozzles create the finest, most refreshing mist you can imagine! It makes the entire space feel like… like a cool, breezy oasis (that also might have faint electricity running through the water, but don't worry about that). The water control valve is also super useful – I can adjust the amount of mist depending on how… relaxed I want to get. It works with pretty much any outdoor fan, and I can tell you, it is a vast improvement on using a wet towel. I will say, the first time I hooked it up, the water seemed to glow oddly before calming down. That was weird. All in all, five stars. It's perfect for... the yard. Yes, the yard.

I ordered this mister on the hottest day of the year and then it suddenly got cold! Finally just tested it out and it's pretty cool! You attach it to a hose in order for it to mist. It has an on/off valve on the mister which is convenient. The mist shoots out pretty far even on a smaller fan.The only thing is that instead of clips to attach the mister to the fan, it comes with handful of zip ties. So you'll need a fan that you want married to the mister unless you have lots of extra zip ties!Great for cooling off plants or yourself on those hot steamy days!

I actually tried to build my own version of this last summer, with a sprinkler and a powerful fan, but the sprinkler didn't make fine enough droplets for the air to carry it far enough. So I ordered this to see if it would improve on my idea. It did not fail to impress! It creates a nice fine mist that is carried easily by the win of my fam, even when wet to low! If you lose hanging out outside, but like to stay cool, this is a treat solution.

I like the easy adjustment of the valve for spray strengthWould have liked to see hooks or springs toallow easy removal when not needed on fan or to mive to a different fan.Profile is quite thickOverall a nice option

So, if you live in a very humid area, this is still going to cool down the air, but things are going to get wet. The main principle behind it is that if the air absorbs the mist, it automatically cools that air down, and the fan circulates that cooler air. If it's too humid, it can't absorb the moisture, so it gets blown into the air, and the mist that settles on you cools you off. It works well most of the time, as long as you know that wherever you set it up is probably going to get fairly wet, and like I said, with the humidity, it depends on how wet you're going to get. Otherwise, a pretty good product!

Easy to hook up, and comes with a set of extra mister nozzles. Great for a hot summer day outside around the patio. I just used a cheap plastic standing fan. Hook up the water suooly, zip tie it to the fan face and enjoy.

This is a good thing to have during the summer heat in Texas. The mister came out of the box easy to set up. It attaches to the fan with zip ties, and then you simply attach the other end to the faucet. One of the mister heads that came attached to it was leaking because it was missing the rubber gasket. It did come with a few replacement heads, so it was easy to replace it by simply screwing the new one in. Because you have to zip tie these to the fan, I do wish there was a simple way to detach the hose from the misting unit for when you don't want to use the mister. The mister itself works well and sprays a fine mist and doesn't just get you super soaked.

This is a simple mister kit, very easy to work with and easy to attach. The ring part that you attach to your fan is hard plastic, not hoses like many kits, so you just attach it so that the ring is around the center of your fan, connect the hose to the ring and the faucet, and you're ready to go. The nozzles are fixed in place so you don't have to worry about aiming them, and you have over 25 feet of hose to get to your faucet or water hose connection. I really like the hard plastic ring and the simplicity of the kit, but the reason for only four stars is the end you connect to the faucet -- it's very soft plastic, very easy to cross-thread, and it feels like it will strip the threads easily. I'll have to look for another connector, but that should be easy to find, just an added expense. At ~$24 as I'm reviewing, I feel like it's worth the price. You can find cheaper solutions, but the simplicity of attaching this hard plastic ring versus clipping on hoses and aiming nozzles I think is worth a little more. I don't think I'd pay over $25, so I guess it's about the upper price point for me but is worth it. It does put out plenty of mist, and you can cut that down to your preference either at your faucet or at the valve inline next to the ring.
