We go thru a lot of tetherballs with rough teenage grandkids. There wasn't a pump w which caused a delay in getting to use it. But, we bought one and that's that. They beat it up regularly and it's held up so far.

The rope doesn't like to stay tied until you've used it awhile. But over all a great buy!

We hang in on a line for my border collie to jump and bump. He bites it from to time but it does not puncture. It has been out all summer, the color is fading but it is holding up great and takes a beating (and biting). lol

The metal on the ball is separating after 1 week of use at school. This is after I replaced the hooks that come with them after the ball and rope flew off the pole when being hit. Poor quality. Disappointed
