Love this. I plan to use it as an indoor wall decoration. I like that it's curved so that I can hang a fairy door on it and tuck something on the inside for my Granddaughter to peer in at. I think it will be fairly easy to cut a little hole. Love the look. Perfect for my project.

Looks great and size is perfect for a 40 gal terrarium, in this case I purchased 2 sets .With 4 pieces jointed together ,they fit the background with about 1.5in to 2 in remaining on each side, though I filled with foam ,silicon, and substrate to complete the project.For my project, one con I have is that the pieces have a slight bow or curve out of the package , though I think this is somewhat normal, for my application I had to put some blocks and weights to keep them flat while the foam cured to hold them in place, but it worked like a charm.

we bought these for a backdrop for out spider tanks. we had to cut them down to size to fit the tank but they worked perfectly. the spiders love them. they treat it like its actual bark

They came in a torn open bag, ripped up. The bark pieces are far thinner than ones you’d typically get at the pet store

These aren't all that thick. 1 panel was ok, but had slits that went all the way through. Hopefully they hold together long term. The other panel was less than a 0.25"(6.35mm) thick. I used them to make orchid mounts. If they don't hold together, I'll tie them onto a cedar plank.
