I bough this for my chinchilla and you have to cut the binder twine to the very tip of the knot. My chinchilla untied it on both sides. Other than that it is a good product. My chinchilla likes to pull all if the hay out unfortunately, but I have been giving smaller amounts at a time.

I did not know i would need to assemble this product. Ok not that big of a deal. Then I was unable too. Frayed torn rope that will not hold. I can't even try the frayed rope because the holes were not completely drilled, missing holes. Wood is splintering and dented, cheap feel. I have seen better quality from a dollar store. Even if this was put together it would waste so much hay.

To be fair, they did list the dimensions But it's so dang small! I hope was for something that would hold enough hay for at least 2 days for my 2 bunnies But they completely empty this thing in less than a day.
